Meditation
The time is now to begin or deepen your mediation journey. Meditation is a pathway to create a deeper and more intimate connection to your inner self. This process of unfolding leads to liberation from within. You will be introduced to Taoist, Yogic and Buddhist meditation techniques that will help you relate to yourself and the world around you in a new way.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing modality in which life force energy is transferred to the client through gentle touch. If you’re going through a life transition, in need of emotional healing or seeking alternative and complimentary care for chronic disease, this is a practice that will support your body, mind and spirit.
Sound Healing
Vibrational sound healing helps to balance the energy centers of the body using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. This practice restores vitality, peace, creativity and serves as a deep release as you experience different states of consciousness. Allow every cell in your body to bathe in the sound waves as these healing frequencies massage you
from the inside out.
Yoga
Yoga is a science of the body and mind. Yoga, translates to Union and through the physical practice we are able to establish a deeper mind / body connection which ultimately prepares us for meditation. This practice is a form of release for all of the stored emotions, memories and experiences that live in the body. Sessions are catered to the client based on their needs of; building strength through ashtanga vinyasa flow, or calming the nervous system through
yin and restorative yoga.
End-of-Life Doula
Just as a birth doula helps to bring life into the world, an End-of-Life doula supports the dying spiritually and emotionally as they transition out of this realm with peace, power and grace. No matter what your faith is, a death doula can also help facilitate an end of life celebration to honor the life lived, is here for you as a loving guide and to help support loved ones during this intensely personal time.
Spiritual Mentorship
The process of going within and leading a more awakened life does not have to feel lonely and isolated. If you’re looking for guidance and support, no matter where you’re at on your journey, you’ve landed in the right place at the right time. Spiritual Mentorship is available for anyone in need of deeper insight or a shoulder to lean on. The teacher - student connection is held sacred and provides a soft landing for those who seek transformation.
